Modern diagnostics: The basis of targeted treatment

Modern diagnostics for targeted treatment

With many disorders, the prospects of treatment significantly depend on early and targeted diagnostics. Lifestyle disorders such as diabetes and, cardiovascular disorders as well as cancer, allergies and other diseases can thus be detected at an early stage and selectively treated.

Modern medicine provides us with a large number of diagnostic methods which include specific laboratory diagnostics, genetic tests, tumour detection, metabolic and hormonal assays, screening tests for dementia, Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative disorders, preventive measures for  cardiovascular disorders and the determination of influential factors in chronic fatigue syndrome (burnout). Disorders are thus detected at an early stage, allowing preventive measures to be initiated.
